Return & Refund Policy 

1. Returns Eligibility

If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning, you can return it and we will cover the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unused and in its original packaging.

This type of return is valid within 30 days from the date of delivery.


2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

However:

  • You must try the product for at least 20 days before requesting a return under this guarantee.
  • The item must still be in good condition.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or malfunctioning, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns (such as dissatisfaction), the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Exclusions

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned, unless they arrive defective.
